What is your store return policy?

Full Price Purchases

Can be returned for an exchange, credit note, or refund within 28 days of purchase, provided the price ticket is attached and accompanied  by proof of payment.  Credit notes are redeemable in our store only and cannot be used online.

Sale Purchases

We offer an exchange only for sale purchases. Returns can be exchanged for items of the same value or more. Sale returns must have the original ticket attached to the garment and be accompanied by a proof of purchase.

Outlet Purchases

Outlet items cannot be returned. We do not provide a refund or exchange for these items. All sales are final. 

Our Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights.

I made a purchase instore while on Holiday

If you are unable to return an order physically, you can return it by post to the store you purchased it at.

Please check that your purchase qualifies for a refund before posting and ensure you use an appropriate courier and insure your shipment.  Please ensure a copy of the original till receipt is enclosed in your package. Can online purchases be returned to stores?

We are sorry to advise our stores are unable to accept online returns.

Can E-Gift Voucher be used in-store

At this time our store system and online systems are incompatible and as such all E-Gift Vouchers are only usable online.
