Bebe Plain Gypsy Top is an ideal casual summer number.   She's a pretty vintage inspired Gypsy-style top, with a full shoulder ruffle and elasticated band to ensure she stays in place. Bebe looks fabulous worn both on or off the shoulder for a range of looks.
